The Tower Grove Heights Neighborhood Association can only be YOUR association if you join. With your participation, Tower Grove Heights Neighborhood Association will be a reflection of what you want The Heights to become. Please don’t delay in joining or renewing:

To make The Heights a cleaner and safer place.
To have a liaison with City Hall and other agencies.
To better protect our property values.
